THE CHALLENGE

Carlos comes from the commercial construction world, breaking out on his own to focus on residential construction projects. The challenge was starting from scratch to build an entire online presence with the goal of generating new leads and customers in a very competitive market. Stambaugh Designs is always up for these types of challenges!

We’ve created a custom multi-faceted portfolio to showcase Monarca Construction and Remodeling work that lays the foundation for each service they provide. We organized the website into two categories – For Homeowners and For Rental Properties.

We wanted to organize the user experience this way because there were two distinct target markets for Monarca – clients who own rental properties in need of rental turnouts, and maintenance/repairs, and then the homeowners market who are looking more for complete remodels, additions and upgrades.
