Modular Storage System
Loose tools, scattered parts, and drawers you dig through — a modular storage system fixes all of it. Built on a Gridfinity-compatible 42 mm grid, this stacking toolbox and storage line comes in four widths (S/M/L/XL), three heights, and five depths, with bins, pull-out drawers, and sustainer-style cases. Modules carry their load through the sidewalls, so they stack directly on each other like bricks — build a short tray or a tall tower, and it locks together. We produce it made-to-order under commercial license in the color and material you choose, printed here in Bellingham for garages, workshops, vans, tool chests, craft rooms, and offices.
Tools and Parts Scattered Across Mismatched Bins
Every shop, van, and craft room has the same problem: tools and small parts scattered across mismatched containers, drawers you have to dig through, and wasted space that never quite fits what goes in it. Store-bought organizers come in fixed sizes that never match your drawer, your wall, or your kit — so you buy three different systems that do not work together.
Digging Through Loose Drawers
When everything is piled in one drawer, finding the right bit, clip, or tool means emptying it out. Every job starts with a search.
Fixed-Size Organizers That Waste Space
Off-the-shelf bins come in the sizes the store sells, not the size your space is. You end up with gaps, overhangs, and dead corners.
Systems That Do Not Work Together
The drawer inserts, the wall bins, and the toolbox trays are all different standards. Nothing stacks, nothing aligns, and nothing grows with you.
One Grid, Every Module, Configured to Your Space
This modular system puts everything on a single Gridfinity-compatible 42 mm grid. Bins, pull-out drawers, and sustainer-style cases in four widths, three heights, and five depths all lock together, carrying load through their sidewalls so they stack directly like bricks. You configure the exact layout your drawer, shelf, van, or bench needs, and because it is the open Gridfinity standard, it works with bins you may already own. We produce it made to order under commercial license, in your color and material.
“A stacking storage system sized to your space, not the store shelf — made to order in Bellingham in the color and material you choose.”
Everything You Get
Our Modular Storage package includes everything you need. No hidden fees, no surprise add-ons.
Layout & Configuration
We plan the module mix that fills your space efficiently — which widths, heights, and depths, how many bins versus drawers, and where the sustainer cases go — all on the 42 mm grid so it stays expandable.
- Space-measured module layout
- Bin, drawer, and case mix
- Gridfinity-compatible planning
- Room to expand later
Made-to-Order Production
Your configuration is printed to order in the color and material you choose — PLA+ for indoor rigidity, PETG for heat and vans, TPU for soft liners. XL and deep modules print in one piece on the large-format Giga.
- Your color and material choice
- XL modules on the large-format Giga
- Batch discount on full sets
- Produced under commercial license
Stacking Modules That Lock Together
Every module carries its load through the sidewalls, so pieces stack directly like bricks into trays, drawers, or tall towers that stay solid — and they are drop-in compatible so you can grow the system over time.
- Sidewall load-bearing stacking
- Bins, drawers, and sustainer cases
- Standard Gridfinity interoperability
- Add modules anytime
How It Works
We've refined our process over 100+ projects. Here's exactly what to expect.
Map Your Space
Tell us what you are organizing and where — a tool chest drawer, a garage shelf, a van wall, a craft desk. Send the inside dimensions of the space and a rough list of what goes in it.
Configure Your Modules
We lay out widths (S/M/L/XL), heights, and depths to fill your space efficiently — bins for small parts, drawers for frequent access, sustainer cases for the heavy stuff — on the 42 mm grid.
Pick Color and Material
Choose your colors and material. PLA+ is the usual pick for indoor shop and office storage; PETG is the call for a hot garage, a van, or anything facing sun and heat. Multi-color accents are available.
Made to Order & Handoff
We print your configuration to order — larger runs get the 30–50% batch discount — and you pick it up in Bellingham or we ship it. Need more later? The grid means new modules drop right in.
Choose Your Package
The system is made to order and priced by module size and quantity, at our standard machine ($3/hr desktop, $8/hr large-format) and material rates. A full set earns the 30–50% batch discount, with a $25 shop minimum — modules are ordered as a set rather than one bin at a time.

Who This Is (And Isn't) For
The modular system is built for people who want storage sized to their space and able to grow. Here is where it fits.
This Is Perfect For You If:
- Garages and workshops that need organized, stackable tool and parts storage
- Tool chests and drawers that need custom-fit inserts instead of loose bins
- Work vans and mobile setups where every inch has to be used
- Craft, hobby, and maker rooms sorting small parts and supplies
- Offices and workspaces wanting a clean, configurable desk-drawer system
- Anyone already using Gridfinity who wants more modules in matching colors
This Probably Isn't Right If:
- Heavy industrial loads or parts storage better suited to steel shelving
- Food or kitchen storage needing certified food-safe containers
- Buyers wanting the absolute cheapest generic bin — these are made-to-order custom modules
- Outdoor storage exposed to constant weather without a PETG upgrade
If We're Not The Right Fit
Pair a few printed organizer modules with steel shelving rated for the load
An off-the-shelf tote is cheaper; our value is custom fit, color match, and expandability
